The Slipstream PVC felt hip boot is 100% waterproof with attached molded felt sole boot. Coupled with a puncture resistant nylon outer shell for added durability. Additionally a tough PVC coating for the ultimate waterproof protection. Felt outsole is ideal for fly fishing when traction in moving water is needed. Lastly, the Slipstream hip boots feature a belt leash with quick release buckle for a no-slip fit.
