Dry Pocket Exchange/Return Policy

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

 

We designed each of our Dry Pocket brand products to give you peace of mind while you’re enjoying your favorite outdoor activities. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’ll make it right with our return policy. Items must meet the following criteria for return or exchange within 60 days of purchase:

  • The Dry Pocket brand product must be in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Any Dry Pocket brand apparel product must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

How do I return or exchange Dry Pocket brand merchandise?

ONLINE PURCHASE: Contact us via one of the methods listed below to receive your prepaid return label. Repack the item you wish to return in the original packaging. Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and drop at your local USPS location. The exchange will be processed and replacement item shipped once the original item is logged in as returned. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. (Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.)

 

IN-STORE PURCHASE: Contact the store where you originally made the purchase for returns and exchanges. 

 

EXPO/EVENT PURCHASES: Contact us via one of the methods listed below to receive your prepaid return label. Pack the item you wish to return in a shipping envelope or box. Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and drop at your local USPS location. The exchange will be processed and replacement item shipped once the original item is logged in as returned.

Are returns free?

Returns of Dry Pocket brand gear are free with our prepaid return shipping label. (If outside the U.S., please ask about postage cost for returns.)

 

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

Your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item(s). 

 

For exchanges, please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive the returned item(s) to receive your new items. (Please note, if the replacement item is showing as out of stock, we will contact you immediately with the projected arrival date via the email you used when ordering.) A tracking number will be emailed to you once your new item has shipped. 

 

For returns, please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive your return to receive your refund. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is complete and your refund is being processed. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. 

 

Can I return an item after 60 days?

Unfortunately, Dry Pocket cannot accept returns or exchanges requested more than 60 days after purchase. 

 

Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?

We will not accept returns or exchanges on Dry Pocket brand items with tags removed; items that have been worn, used or washed; or items that have been damaged through accidents or improper use. Dry Pocket reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges for merchandise that does not meet our return policy criteria.

 

What if I received an incorrect or damaged product?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or provide a full refund. 

 

How do I exchange or return a gift?

If you received Dry Pocket brand merchandise as a gift, you may exchange or return items for a gift card in the amount of the original price paid. Returned and exchanged Dry Pocket brand items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached. Returns and exchanges of Dry Pocket brand items are free with our prepaid return shipping label. 

 

What if I don’t have a prepaid return shipping label?

Contact us at sales@drypocket.com and we will send you one via email.

 

What if I purchased an item from one of the collaboration stores through your website and need to request a return or exchange?

Contact us at sales@drypocket.com with the name on the order, the Dry Pocket order number, and a brief explanation of what you are requesting so that we may reach out to the collaboring store on your behalf to facilitate your return or exchange. (IMPORTANT: Please note that collaboration stores may not have the same return and exchange policy so any returns or exchanges of their products are subjuct to the collaboration store's policies.)
