All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, unless we are offering free shipping at the time of purchase. 

(U.S.) DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES: We offer discounted standard shipping for $3.99 on all orders under $149, and free standard shipping on all orders of $149 and above. Customers have the option to pay for upgraded overnight or 2nd day shipping, however please note that orders are processed the next business day and shipped out Monday-Friday (excluded holidays).

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@drypocket.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
