All Dry Pocket brand orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, unless we are offering free shipping at the time of purchase. 

(U.S.) DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES: We offer free standard shipping on all Dry Pocket brand orders of $199.99 and above. Customers have the option to pay for upgraded overnight or 2nd day shipping, however please note that orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped out Monday-Friday (excluded holidays).

When your Dry Pocket brand order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your Dry Pocket brand order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@drypocket.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to look into it for you.
